Terms and Conditions

  1. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹15,000/- is mandatory and must be paid in advance. This amount will be returned post-event, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the premises and adherence to all booking terms.
  2. Open Dining/Lawn Charges: Additional charge of ₹15,000/-.
  3. Applicable Taxes:Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 18% shall be levied on the total invoice amount, as per prevailing government norms.
  4. Advance Payment:A minimum of 30% of the total booking amount must be deposited at the time of reservation to confirm the booking.
  5. Balance Payment:The remaining balance shall be payable no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date. Non-payment within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
  6. Cancellation & Date Change Policy:
    • No refund shall be provided in case of cancellation by the client under any circumstances.
    • A one-time date change is permitted, subject to availability.
    • The request for rescheduling must be submitted at least fifteen (15) days prior to the originally scheduled event date.
    • Date changes are not allowed more than once.
  7. Additional Time Usage:The standard hall booking covers a duration of 4,8,12 hours. In the event of usage exceeding the allotted time, additional charges of ₹3,000/- per extra hour shall apply.
