Terms & Conditions of Use

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the facilities at Nirmala Auditorium, hereinafter referred to as "the Auditorium." All individuals, organizations, or entities (hereinafter referred to as "the Hirer") who enter into a rental agreement for the use of the premises are bound by the following terms, which are legally enforceable. Any breach of the following conditions shall entitle the Management of Nirmala Auditorium to take necessary legal or administrative action, including but not limited to cancellation of the event, forfeiture of deposits, and recovery of damages or losses incurred. The decision of the management in this regard shall be final and binding.

5. Booking & Payments Charges

  1. (i) Security Deposit:
    A refundable security deposit of ₹15,000/- is mandatory and must be paid in advance. This amount will be returned post-event, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the premises and adherence to all booking terms.
  2. (ii) Open Dining/Lawn Charges:
    Additional charge of ₹15,000/-.
  3. (iii) Applicable Taxes:
    Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 18% shall be levied on the total invoice amount, as per prevailing government norms.
  4. (iv) Advance Payment:
    A minimum of 30% of the total booking amount must be deposited at the time of reservation to confirm the booking.
  5. (v) Balance Payment:
    The remaining balance shall be payable no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date. Non-payment within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
  6. (vi) Additional Time Usage:
    The standard hall booking covers a duration of 4, 8, 12 hours. In the event of usage exceeding the allotted time, additional charges of ₹5,000/- per 30 minutes shall apply.
